FOR THE WIRE AND CABLE INDUSTRY
 

 

What is Regblue®?

Regblue® is a new, from us, developed System, with a strong Radio-Signal Transmitter.   The function is based on the already well-known Blue Tooth System.

 

Where is Regblue® used?

Our Regblue®-System is used for Signal and Data Transfer, eliminating the use of slip rings, especially designed for applications in the Wire and Cable Industry. A system failure or malfunction caused by unstable frequencies in the close surroundings, for example, welding machines, is out of the question.

How is the Regblue® System installed?

The system can be installed, by the customer in existing machinery easily, with pre-mounted assembly groups, clear installation instructions and an electrical circuit diagram. If  requested, the installation can be done by us at an extra charge.

 

What is an additional advantage of Regblue®?

We can individually adapt the Regblue® System to customer requirements and special requests.

 

Where can the Regblue® System be used?

In all machines,  that need an exact data transfer and easy monitoring of information, for example in bunching machines, twisters, coilers and all machines that are dependant on data transfer via slip rings.

 

How can Regblue® be used?

System Regblue® . CO
This system is used, for  example,  for exact length measuring of strands in bunching machines.  With the exact preset meter length, no scrap material is produced, because of overproduction or underproduction.  Shortly before the final length is reached, the machine slows down automatically and stops, at the exact preset length.
This system consists of a Touch-Display, a transmitter, a receiver assembly and an encoder for length measuring.  Two slip ring grooves are needed for the 24VDC power supply for the encoder.
The wire or strand diameter and the strand length, on the spool, is preset on the Touch-Display.   The encoder measures the length during production and the machine is automatically stopped,  when the final length is reached.

 

System Regblue® . TS . CO
This system uses the measuring system of the Regblue®.CO and also has an additional integrated  traverse and adjustment control system.   With the help of an individual input on the Touch-Display, a lay for lay traverse setup is possible.  The right and left side of the spool flange is preset and can also be corrected during production, without having to stop the machine or open the machine.
This system consists of a Touch-Display, a transmitter, a receiver assembly, encoder for length measuring and also a step motor for adjusting and correction of the traverse width during production.
The spool production information in meters, the winding width of the spool and the wire/strand diameter is preset on the Touch-Display.

 

System Regblue® . 16 . 2 . CO
This system uses the measuring system of the Regblue.CO and has as up to 32 additional digital Inputs/Outputs and also up to 4 analogue Inputs/Outputs.  This means, many additional functions can be controlled with the Regblue® system, for example:  wire breaks, door open/closed, spool clamped, etc.
